Pizza Chef & Kitchen Lead
Lead our kitchen team in crafting Detroit's signature square pizza to the highest standards. You'll oversee food preparation, quality control, and help train junior kitchen staff in our authentic recipes and processes.
- 2+ years pizza or culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Delivery Driver
Represent Jet's pizza in the community by delivering our fresh, hot pizzas with speed and professionalism. You'll be the final touchpoint of our customer experience, making every delivery count.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Detroit area routes
- Friendly, customer-first attitude
Store Manager
Oversee daily store operations, lead a team of 10–20 staff, manage inventory, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. You'll be the heartbeat of your location, driving both team performance and customer loyalty.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in inventory and scheduling systems
- Passion for exceptional customer service
Customer Service Associate
Be the welcoming face of Jet's pizza. Handle phone and in-person orders, assist customers with menu selections, process transactions, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand values and commitment to quality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience with POS systems a plus
- Ability to multitask in busy periods
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Grow our digital presence and bring the Jet's pizza story to life online. Create engaging content for social platforms, coordinate local marketing campaigns, and help us connect with our Detroit community in meaningful ways.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
- Degree in marketing or related field preferred
